Can't login to user account

I have successfully used my account a couple of days ago but now it says it is not recognized. I tried to have the system resend my password but it still says it does not recognize my account. What steps should i take to fix this. I can still access status over my mobile phone URL but I need to make some changes in my account.

Resolved. I had changed my email address and account name thinking that was how to setup SMS messaging. I am all good now.
