Envisalink 4 Communications Issue

I have a 15P with the Envisalink 4 installed. Everything works great thru the Eyezon website in regards to Arming and Disarming. Flawless. I still have the *29 error code showing though.
When I use the AllSecure App on my Iphone everything works great if I'm on my local network but if I go off of it I can only arm in the standard mode and its Arm Stay. If I go to the enhanced
view it never connects and then I receive the timed out error message. I'm confused. Any help is appreciated.

This is a third-party app issue and not an Envisalink issue. I think you should take it up with developers of the app.
