Issue to validate sms

I'm trying to validate the sms alerts, I do get the sms message but this is all I get (see image attached), what number am I suppose to enter on the website?.

The PIN number is in the body of the SMS message. I've never seen what you're showing before. Maybe open the attachment?

I've tried but can't open, it is trying to open it with viber, I'm going to uninstall viber to see what happens.
