hello I am trying to set up partition 2 on the web interface, but my options are 16-31. I have an 6270 keypad with AUI and it is addressed to 1. is there a way to set up partition 2?
Also I have multiple User codes to arm and disarm system. when I get an alert text or email It simple say's user 1 or 2 armed or disarmed. can I change user name on the web interface so it say jason armed or disarmed?
also in the text message or email, it will say zone 11 triggered alarm, can I put a name to the zones in the message?
thank you
Jason

Hi Jason, I think you probably missed the Honeywell programming guide and the Envisalink manual as all your questions are answered there.
To answer your questions specifically:
1) All Envisalink keypad addresses have to be unique for each partition so you would never assign it to an existing keypad anyhow.
2 and 3) From your portal account, simply go to Manage Device and there you label all your zones, users and partitions.

Re: partition 2 with 6270 AUI address of 1
wow thank you, all fixed. this is freeken awsome. I did miss step nine to manage device. I named users and zone partitions. Pretty neet.
thanks for reminding me that keypads use their own unique address (wow long day). I went to *193 set partition details for address 20. went to static web page for envisalink 4 set up partition 2 as 20. bam good to go.
thank again
