Yes, all the Envisalinks work with the PC1555. It will not work with the older PC1550 series that DSC called "Classic".

1)
Will it work ? Do i need a special pin or connector to it. I saw the http://www.eyez-on.com/EZMAIN/Images/en ... kStart.pdf, but it doesn't show where i should connect this to my PC1555 ?
2)
So do i need to connect to the keybus connection, at the same place where i place my led keypad panel is connected (in parallel) ?
I just want to be sure before buying it, thanks !

Re: DSC PC1555 and the 2DS
Sorry, none of the "classic" line will work with the Envisalinks, the panel has to be of the "Power Series".
I didn't realise that there was a 1555 "classic", I am more familiar with the 1555mx which is "power".
So no, it won't work. Maybe its time to upgrade your system?

Hi GrandWizard thanks for your answer.
I went ahead with the purchase of it anyway since i found a Power 832 on ebay for a cheap price But i didn't received it, so i plugged the module on the PC1555 classic anyway.
So i plugged it, and i was glad i could see something with it already, like zone 1 and 3 red, and last time it was armed. When i activated my account, i was able to see an nice history of even too :
But now after the update to .57, nothing show up at all

Re: DSC PC1555 and the 2DS
When i went back home, i was able to do some test: unarm the system remotely - and received an email along with it !
Then i was also able to arm it remotely and unarmed it while i was in the house. Each time i've received an email...
So, it appear to work fine with PC1555 classic. I got my history back now, so it appear to clear everything when upgrading from .40 to .57
Question: what is missing from a Power Series version ? My power 832 is on the way, but since everything is working, what i am missing ??

Re: DSC PC1555 and the 2DS
Based on installation manuals found on the Web, there would be 3 versions of the DSC PC 1555 :
1) DSC Classic PC1555 Software version 2.0
2) DSC Classic PC1555 Software version 2.3
3) DSC Power632 PC1555MX Software version 2.3
I have a DSC PC1555 of type 2 manufactured in April 1999 (code CCEJ) and it works perfectly with the Envisalink 3 module.
