EVL4 sending Multiple Repetative Texts/emails Durring Alarm

Hey Guys/gals need some help. I have an EL3 at home that works great and functions perfectly. I recently setup a EVL4 at my office and it is up and online. The only issue is when I trigger the alarm to test out the system, I get multiple redundant texts/emails where as on my old unit it would just text/email once for triggered alarm and once for alarm restore, which is how i want it. Thanks

There are no multiple nor redundant events in that list. You just had a lot going on during that "break-in".

You can configure this in the alarm configuration, so every time a zone is triggered it sends you just one notification not a lot of the same in a short period of time telling you the zone has been triggered a lot of time
