LRR error with Vista20p

Installed EVL4 on Vista 20P and am getting LRR error. It currently has several months on the alarm contract and want to quit at the end of the contract. There is a Uplink DigiCell AnyNet module installed. Module has GSM and RS-232 checked on Network Interface and SMS checked on Network service.

When I enable *29 I get the error code for LRR. I have turned on shadowing for EVL4. There are 3 keyboards so keyboard is set to 19. The alarm can be armed from eyez-on and shows the correct status but keep getting LRR error on keypad. If I turn off *29 eyez-on says it is not programmed correctly.

Did read that enabling *29 sets the keyboard code " keypad 3" for Uplink DigiCell AnyNet which would cause a conflict.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Turn shadowing off.

You only use shadowing if you have an existing GSM or IP communicator connected to the ECP bus. Those Uplink communicators are just hacks that connect to the phone line, they don't communicate directly with the panel.
