I purchased a EVL4 to temporary monitor one of my homes I am selling, I plan to then give the EVL4 to a family member, Can I just reset the board back to factory settings and delete the board from my account so they can set it up from scratch or do I need to contact Envisalink to remove the MAC from my account?

Just delete the module from your account and then anyone else can use it. No need to factory reset it.
