Arm via single URL - Google Home, Alexa, etc...

I thought I found the answer here: http://forum.eyez-on.com/FORUM/viewtopic.php?t=101 but i cant seem to get it working.

I feel like this may be worth revisiting as Alexa, SmartThings, Google Home, IFTTT, Applekit, etc come alive...

Is the option to arm/disarm via a single URL with the stateless mobile browser still available? Im thinking this got disabled.

My understanding is i should be able to hit this URL but it doesnt work. Could you provide any more info around it.
