Can't LOGIN?!!

I can't login in to my 2DS today. I changed the default password to a suitably random password several months ago when I first installed the 2DS and have been logging in many times a week ever since. But today I can't login. Although when I go to the web Envisalink login it's apparently still in communication with my 2DS. When I try to connect locally (same LAN, subnet, etc.) I do get the login prompt but my password isn't accepted ("Server Requires Authentication")

HELP!! What happened???? And there is no hardware password reset that I can find!

You can send a password reset request to support@eyez-on.com. We can send a reset command to the unit which will default the Envisalink's password.

I will do that but why did this happen? I haven't changed the password since the initial password change and it's been working fine for months.
