Thanks all. My alerts like the other starting working again last night. Would be nice though if Eyez-on crew could post some sort of system update or status. Something that saves us from spending our own time troubleshooting our systems thinking its us and not them if the problem is known of course. Otherwise a very happy customer and love the product and service.

My support requests unfortunately go unanswered (at least I didn't see a response to the last 2 that I made).

This issue was system wide though, or at least affected more than just a few accounts.

Thanks for the response. I'm sure someone did get back to me, but it never made it to my gmail inbox.

Is it possible to put in a suggestion for having some sort of online ticket management for us to view open and closed tickets (see their status along with any replies?). Removes you from being at the mercy of the users email server.

I'd love to have something like that....

I am also having similar problem. It was working fine and all the sudden it, says my system is off-line. I can still get to the EVL-3 in with in my network and I have good access to the internet. Is there a server issue?

I'm having issues with my portal updating/connecting properly as well.

Looks like a server issue as I can also get to my 2DS internally and internet is fine.
