Got the stay working as it should but when I use the phone to arm in away after 60 seconds the alarm triggers and the alarm sounds? When I arm or disarm with the iphone the delay is 10-12 seconds.

Are you saying that when you arm in AWAY mode, after 60 seconds the keypad displays ARMED and you get a short 1-2 second siren sound off at that time?

If so that is what is called "confirmation of arming ding." It normally used in commercial burglar alarm installations. I used this at a business I had. It allowed me to confirm that the alarm was totally armed after locking up. I would wait outside for that short siren sound before I drove away. It's not too polite to have that feature set at a residence since it would bother neighbors.

That feature Is set in field *38. You can turn it off by programming field *38 to [0]

When I arm in away mode after the 60 second delay the alarm goes off and continues until I disarm. I live in the county I have one neighbor which receives text concerning my alarm so there's not an issue with my siren. The problem was that my key pads *84 was set at 03 and needed to be set at 00, all is well the system is running as it should and it is pretty sweet. The text are received within seconds.

I'm not sure that makes sense. *84 just disables automatically going into STAY mode when AWAY mode is selected an no exit door is opened. It shouldn't have any effect on system faulting and going into alarm mode.

When the alarm went off what fault did you get? Eyezon should have sent you a text with Alarm and zone that faulted.

The help desk advised set *84 to 00, it was set at 03, all I know is it works now:) no message I had done this before enabling the text. Wonder if it's possible to set a different ringtone/alert tone on the phone for these messages?
