Update:

This weekend I spent ~3 hrs testing the system and reviewing all programming/configuration. I tested every door/window contact, smoke detectors, keyfobs and the TR5164-433, including swapping out with fresh batteries. I found only one issue with a window contact in the dinning room and replaced it - note there were NO false alarms from that contact.

I observed no communications problems between the wireless devices and the TR5164-433/PC1864.

I did change the programming for all the door/window contacts. Previously, only one door had an entry delay - Entry Delay 1. All others were instant. I've now programmed the door/window contacts to have an entry delay of 4 seconds - Entry Delay 2. Given the false alarms have all magically "restored" themselves within 2 seconds, this change should reduce the chances of false alarms on the door/window contacts. This change would not however help with keyfob/smoke detector false alarms.

I still do not know what is causing these false alarms. There is no pattern and no means that I can think of to replicate.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Yesterday I had false alarm. This is what I see in the log:

2019-05-29 23:35:42 - Opening By User Code 1- Partition 1 (this was me)

2019-05-29 23:31:01 - Shop - motion Alarm Restoral - Partition 1
2019-05-29 23:30:01 - Shop - motion Alarm- Partition 1
2019-05-29 23:30:01 - Cross-zoning tripped (Police Code)- Partition 1
2019-05-29 23:29:47 - Warehouse - motion Alarm Restoral - Partition 1
2019-05-29 23:29:45 - Warehouse - motion Alarm- Partition 1

The Alarm went off after 1 minute ( I think after Shop - motion Alarm Restoral). I don't have any cross zone setup and nobody was in the object. Interesting.

No, that looks normal. Cross zoneing is on by default on DSC panels. User 1 entered the Warehouse sometime before 23:39 and then walked into the shop where they then disarmed the system.

Nobody was in the warehouse/shop (I have cameras )I disabled remotely with Envisalink. Today it happened again. Same: first warehouse was in alarm, then shop, both recognized motion when _nobody_ was present. Maybe fault PIR sensors?

Raccoons? The sensors don't lie especially when they occur in pairs. That's the whole point of cross-zoning.

Submit a tech support request and we can look deeper into the log for you.

Thanks for the tip. I will submit a request. There is no racoon, rat, etc in our area.
