Stevew, could post your log of the event (from the portal) and the timestamp of your email for the benefit of us all?

We pride ourselves on our service and this is a pretty serious accusation.

It's not an accusation, jut an observation. Unfortunately, I have permanently deleted my e-mail messages, as I do almost each week, so I really have nothing to compare against. I know it did happen though, as I thought it was very unusual, which is why I wrote that post. I have also recently noticed very slow network speeds when I use the mobile portal to arm and disarm, This is in the past week and continues...

The other night, while trying to arm the panel, the browser got stuck on the "loading" popup for several minutes until I closed the browser and was forced to use the old mobile portal, which did allow me to arm, but was extremely slow to load.
