PC5400 Supervisory

I will occassionaly fail to be able to get the local webpage. Tonight, the portal gave me this,"Security Event: PC5400 Supervisory Restore
Location: Casita
Time: 2011-04-13 20:12:03"

Is there an issue to cause the IP100D to drop out of supervision? Do I perhaps have soemthing set wrong?

P.S. Love the product and GREATLY look forward to a new thermostat thats better than my EMSs.

First question, did you see a PC5400 Supervision Fault?


The IP100D does not actively fall out of supervision for any reason so if you get a PC5400 Supervision fault it will be due to power loss to the IP100D. Check your Keybus cabling (4-wire DSC bus).
