Need support

I installed an envisalink 3 on my DSC power system. Everything seems okay except no status is showing for my system when I login to the eyezon portal. No zones, no status button, no commands, nothing.

Thanks for the help in solving my issue.

Sounds like you didn't register the device before you installed it. Just a thought.
