Help with Envisalink status reporting.

Hi everyone this is my First time using this forum and appreciate the help in advance. 
I'm having issues with the Vista 20p & Envisalink Module. The unit is reporting everything via status page and email messages with the exception of the following alerts:
1. Arms
2. Disarms
3. Installer Maintenance (Note sure exactly what this is)
4. Another issue I'm having when my fire alarm goes off I'm getting "Zone 64 Alarm" instead of something along the lines of "Fire Alarm"
I'm almost positive the issues are tied to my unit programming any feedback and help would be appreciative.
