Ademco 20P - Ready to Arm w/Zones Closed

Hello All,

Fairly new user to the Envisalink module.

I'm in the process of upgrading and bringing my alarm system back to
life.

Running an Ademco 20P, older firmware (ver 2.5), with a hybrid mix of
H/W and Wireless contacts.

One of the things I noticed is via the web interface that my system is
showing "Ready to Arm" even though I have zones that are tripped
(Eg. Back Door Open).

I will be going back over the Ademco panel programming steps for the
Envisalink, but figured I'd ask here as well.

Keypad (6160) is responding correctly.

Just curious if it's something I missed or I'm doing wrong? firmware too old?

I'm a little rusty with the panel and programming but slowly getting it again.

Anyone?

Ademco panels are quite rudimentary and they don't inform the keypads on the system when a zone closes. The Envisalink has to infer the state based on some metrics that I'm not entirely sure of. Because of this it is possible to see to see the partition state as READY when the Envisalink still shows a zone open. Partition status is always correct.
