Ademco Vista-20p Alarm Status

I just noticed something. When I set my alarm for stay or away message is correct. However if I set my alarm for "MAX" the EVL reports "away" not MAX, is there a way to make SURE that the alarm is really set for max and not stay? Or is this something the tech guys need to look into.

You may have noticed that the Envisalink is DSC-centric. In the DSC world there is nothing like armed MAX so when we map certain partition states over from Ademco to DSC, things get lost in translation.

I'm not saying this is correct or it will always be this way, but that is the reason for it.
