Network supervision fault after arming

I get a network supervision fault about 10 minutes or so after arming my Vista 20ps. The Evs3 is fine and stable anytime it is not armed. When I reenter after successfully arming and getting the fault, the keypads are dark (unresponsive to entering access code) and the alarm goes off requiring me to power down and reboot the whole system to un-arm.

Any idea what could be causing this?
