Repacing my broken Envisa 3. Can config be transfered?

Hi,

My old one got nuked and need to order a new one. Question is can the config of my old one be transferred to the new one. Or the new MAC just be assigned to my old account? I just would rather not have to setup all the zone names and followers and alerts all over again if I can. Let me know. If it can let me know how please. I sent a few emails in over that last week but haven't heard anything so trying this. Thanks

Did you send emails to support? I don't recall seeing anything.

This has been asked before and the response we got from the development group is that your MAC address and other device specific information spans too many different databases to allow this to happen.

You won't lose your contacts BTW, they are attached to your account, not your Envisalink.

I realise it is a pain but it looks like it can't be done.

Thanks. Sucks but I understand. Yeah I sent in an email on the 21 and the 24 to support@eyezon.com.

Do I just add the new one to the same account or create a new one? Presume if I can have both in there then I can just copy and paste between them or something.
