I have your product set up and it works great reporting opens/closes. I'm sure it's due to something I have not completed, the system isn't reporting 'trouble' conditions.
Should the system report trouble conditions (tamper with devices, low battery, etc)?
I have the system set up with a Honeywell Vista 20p. I have zone followers set up on the Eyez-on website. I have Trouble Code Reporting, Field 60, set to 11 in the alarm keypad.
When I create a trouble situation (remove a cover from a wireless device), I can see that the local LAN access to the Envisalink show that alarm panel is in a trouble condition. While watching the activity log on the Eyez-on website, I see that the trouble never makes it to the website, and consequently, I don't get an SMS message.
I verified in the Contact section on the Eyez-on website that all types of conditions are selected: alarms, system trouble, etc.
I must be missing something simple. I would appreciate any assistance.
Thanks
Gary

Re: Trouble not being sent to Envisalink website
Submit a tech support request. That isn't normal operation, you should receive all (most?) trouble types.
