EVL3 UL Listed?

I am making an attempt at keeping my panel setup under UL listing, is the EVL3 UL Listed?
Side question how how much power does it consume?

No, the Envisalink is a residential product and therefore UL is not required.

Yeah, sorry, the Envisalink draw's 60mA.
