Mobile App Problem

Hi, I getting the error below on my blackberry when accessing the eyez-on mobile app:
"Only basic authenticated HTTPS proxy server is supported"
I havn't changed anything and am wondering if you are having issues?

Just to add to this...I am getting an invalid username/password from your website also. Please let me know if there is something going on. Thanks.

ok, I can now login to the website but the mobile app still gives same error.

Hi, I seem to be having issues with anything with https:// so seems to be a global problem with my blackberry. I'll have to investigate as I'm on a BES and maybe a change was made that I didn't know about. When will you be creating a blackberry/iphone app?

Hi there. We did a fairly major server migration last week and it is possible your mobile credentials are no longer valid. Re-generate yourself a new mobile link from your account page. That should fix this.
Anyone else have a mobile browser issue recently are asked to do similar.
