I could use your help troubleshooting an issue with my EVL-3. I recently installed a PC1832 this weekend and added a EVL-3. The EVL-3 is able to receive all information from the keybus and the monitoring company is able to see the activity, but sending commands from the EVL-3 to the panel does not seem to be working from either the connect2go page or local LAN page. It shows pending commands, they look like they go through, but nothing changes in the status of the alarm. I've tried multiple user codes, master codes, nothing can arm or disarm the system.

When I go into section 903 I only see Keypad 1 and Keypad 8 which I'm assuming are my RFK5501ENG and PTK5507.

I'm sure I'm missing something..

Submit a support request from your Eyezon portal account. It might be wiring or it might even be a damaged board. We need more info to diagnose.
