Add a test mode to EVL-3

I would like to see a Test mode in the next firmware, so we can use it to test the system,(put sys on test)
with out sending everyone a signal on your contacts list, add a check box for (test mode) to the alerts list. so when in test mode for 30 mins, the signals goes to them only, not everyone else.
