EnvisAlarm Monitoring Renewal

I signed up for EnvisAlarm shortly after it was launched; I've been happily using the service since then but I'm wondering if there's a bug with your invoicing. I haven't been charged anything beside my initial sign-up fee. I sent an e-mail to enquiries@eyezon.com but have not received an reply.
