Hi

I have a DSC alarm panel with a 3DS and the time keeps changing on me. I saw something about a bug in a recent firmware resetting times but I am not sure if this is the same thing, as when I change the time back it just gets reset again. Any advice on whether this is the 3DS causing this? I have my timezone set correctly in the portal.

Maybe you have automatic time updates enabled and you have programmed the wrong timezone in your portal account?

I have automatic time updates set, but with the correct timezone. Also the time seems to change often, so it is not consistently out by a certain period of time. I look one day and its correct, then it might be several hrs out.

There are no firmware issues with automatic time setting. The only issues we here about in tech support are:

1) Customer has wrong time-zone set in their Eyezon portal. Either completely wrong, or they picked standard time when they are actually is daylight-savings time.

2) Customer has auto DST programmed into their DSC panel and it keeps changing the time forward back an hour when we've already taken care of that.
