I am completely new and just bought a DSC 1832 as well as the envisalink ip100d module. When first setting up the system a couple of days ago I was getting the EYEZ-ON emails, but now am not.

The only thing I have done since they used to work is use DLS2002 to program over my 5501 keypad (what a PITA that keypad is lol). But am now wondering if I may have changed something when downloading my programming in DLS to the 1832 controller.

I checked the account settings for my contact and all are still checked and should be working, that is unless I changed a setting in the 1832 somewhere.

So, that being said (and if its not a technical problem here at eyez-on) where should I look in my programming to get the emails to start working again?

My issue has been answered via email.

Just to update this thread for future reference, it was because my host firewall had blacklisted the eyez-on domain name.

Working on getting it resolved now.
