New install issues w/ EVL-3

just installed the EVL-3 module into my DSC panel.

Using the eyezon mobile app, it takes as long as 15 seconds for the command to complete.
ie send disarm command, wait 15, panel beeps/disarms

is this normal?

Yep. It is semi-realtime. It can take anywhere from 0-30 seconds for the first command in the command queue to execute.

Am I the only person who thinks that that is absurd?

Waiting 30 sec for the alarm to disarm? is there a way to increase the speed of execution?

it sounds like this is not ready for prime time. What fixes are in the pipeline?

i have timed mine and it is never longer than 10 seconds

for me thats fine as i normally only arm remotely and use a fob for disarm as it takes 30 seconds to normally find my phone lol

30 seconds .... ? what speed is your internet connection at the panel?

eyezon mobile app ? this is a new thing to me ... or did i miss it ?
