ATT Uverse Firewall settings?

I have AT&T Uverse for my internet and voice service. I have the 2DS module hooked up to a DSC 1832 and the Uverse RG. I can see it on my network but cannot log into the module. The login credentials comes up when I type in the ip address locally, but when I try to input the password it just pops up again, 3 times then says "server authentication required". I have tried changing the firewall settings to no prevail. I have a DVR with cameras on this network also, I can access and see those fine. I can't change the Uverse to DMZ, because it will only show the DVR when the ip for the Uverse is typed in.
Can anyone share their firewall settings.

Your issue with the password isn't related to your firewall settings in your router. The default credentials are user:user . Depending on the age of the firmware of your 2DS, you can perform a factory reset (see the FAQ). Older versions of 2DS don't have this firmware and need to be updgraded. But if you can't get your module to see the Eyezon reporting servers, then you're in a catch-22.
Have you tried taking the Envisalink to a neighbour's house and hooking it up there? All you need is a 9V battery connected to the red and black terminals for power, you don't need to hook it up to the security system. From there you can let the module get a firmware update and also reset your local password from the Eyezon portal.

I tried the factory reset per the FAQ previously, multiple times and that didn't work. I even verified with the manufacturer that I was doing it correctly. I have not tired the neighbor's house yet, that is a good idea. I will try that next. I purchased the module new from the manufacturer, but just didn't hook it up for a couple of years. I wonder if they will give me a discount if I returned it and purchased a new one.
Thank you for the reply, it is much appreciated. I'll let you know if the neighbor's hookup works.
