GPSOS Tracking Modes

Low-Power Mode - Only tracks on "significant" changes in location. This is typically 500m or more.
If you want fast, real-time tracking i.e. tracking someone on a walk. Turn the Low-Power Mode OFF and make sure Server Updates is turned ON.
Also check the that app is still running just before using it for tracking purposes. Even if you had it running before the OS can just shut it off at will if memory is low etc. So always check that it's still running.
