Not receiving alerts

I setup under "Contacts" to be alerted of everything, including arms and disarms. I haven't received a single alert yet, although I've probably armed/disarmed the alarm twenty time tonight. Any ideas? Did I miss something when setting it up?

I take that back. They're coming through now.

New users might experience a delay is receiving alerts for the first time due to a practice many ISPs use called greylisting. When a mail server receives email from another mail server it has never seen before it may block the email as SPAM until the new server retires the transmission sometime later (30 minutes?).
