I picked the wrong type when I reg'd my EVL3 the first time, I need to change it from DSC to honeywell, I have deleted the device and added back in but no change. The device shows as online. I am using a Vista 20P panel - new install and the KEYB led light never comes on, the home page for the EVL shows DSC and the network page shows as online.

How do I got about changing the registered type to honeywell?

Issue a support ticket.

This is a known issue. If you pick the wrong type and then let the module complete its full upgrade cycle it won't bother to check if it should change firmware if you do so on the portal at a later time.

We're working on this but right now we have to switch it manually.
