How do I assign a static IP to the IP100D? I can't be DHCP only right? If there a hidden page somewhere?

And if (not that it has happened yet) the password is changed from the default, how can it be reset to default? would it be done from the DSC system programming?

The IP100D is DHCP only. To make it static most people just assign it a static IP through your DHCP server (most likely in your router except for advanced configurations) by MAC address.

The user password password cannot be changed by the user, but a request can be made to Eyez-On to have your passwords defaulted.
