I connected my envisalink module, configured the module and set up my Eyez-On account. I'm able to view/control the panel from a computer or my cell phone. I receive text messages when the panel is armed and disarmed. Even zone following works. The only problem is I get NO messages when an ALARM occurs. The only change that I could not make to my panel was *48 report format setting to 77. When I hit *48 I get "NOT USED EE".

Am I missing something or is this panel not compatible.

Did you enable all reporting codes?
Did you wait at least 30 seconds after your alarm was triggered before you disarmed?
Did you want at least 30 seconds after arming before you triggered your alarm?

Thanks for your help. I waited 30 seconds before clearing the alarm and I now get the text message.
