I just purchased the EVL3 to tie into my existing DSC alarm system.
I want to keep the current paid for monitoring I have with a local provider. It uses a 4G cell connection for monitoring.
Are there any issues with tieing into the board with the EVL3 so I can leverage the tool to remotely arm/disarm + get notifications, etc?
I'm hoping I can just use the same install instructions and tie the 4 wires in parallel with the rest.
Thanks for the help!

Yes, on DSC systems you just follow the instructions as normal. They won't conflict in any way.

I do just that and its brillinat.
As is normal in South Africa my alarm is linked to a security company. In my case byt phone and radio signal.
They call if the alarm goes off but I get a seperate nottification from Envisalink. It is really neat as the notification is timestamped so I know the security company are slow calling.
It really is a brilliant product.
