DSC systems allow for the complete disabling of keypads when idle. This is called Keypad Blanking.
Certain customers may want to have no LED activity on certain days of the week and keypad blanking allows for this.
Unfortunately, if this option is enabled, the Envisalink can not discern the status of the system and simply displays "Keypad Blanking" regardless of the state of the system. There is nothing we can do about this.
If you want full access to your DSC security system's status then you must disable Keypad Blanking.
