Why do i need the envisa alert plus to change my zone labels???

You don't. Just got to "Manage Device -> Zone Labels"

But if I press the "Manage devices (+)" button it says

And if you press "more info" it just explains what that alert plus thing is and shows a webpage that shows a picture of the menu you all on this board is talking about.
Its mayby because i dont live in the us? I dont know.

Oh, you're trying to do this from the mobile portal. That indeed is an Envisalerts+ service. But you can access it from the regular portal for free.
