Lost Envisalerts after deletion

I was having some issues with my EVL going "not ready" continually so I decided to delete it and re-adding it to my account.

After I did that, I lost my Envisalerts.

How do I get that back?

Anyone know?

"Not Ready" means you have a door open.....

That's where my problem seems to be then. I can't seem to bypass the door so I can't set the alarm. Any idea why?

When you bypass a zone from you keypad does it ask for a user code? If so, you must disable this feature to bypass from the portal. Or use the custom command i.e.

*1AAAAXX#

where AAAA is your user code and XX is your 2 digit zone (02 for example)

I simply hit *1 to view. My panel requires no access code to bypass. The keypad says zone 2 is bypassed but Envisalink is reporting it is open.
