Vista -20p Alarm Status

Not sure if this is coincidence from the upgrade, I just noticed that on the status message it reports "Busy" However if I shut off the alarm, it reports "Ready" Until I re-arm the system then it goes back to "Busy" I did send it a re-boot command but didn't help, I then logged into the system panel "Via Compass" and did a status check and it reports all is well. So any idea's? Anyone else ever had this problem?

Thanks!

There was an issue with the portal reporting BUSY with the latest firmware when people armed their system in MAXIMUM mode but that was fixed yesterday morning. Submit a support ticket if it is still doing it.

It's not the firmware, its what the portal is reporting.

Yes you were 100% right, It only reports that when I arm in Max mode. When I set it for away it showed the proper message, I did send a support ticket!

Thanks for your help and support!
