I have an email and an SMS contact, and a couple of days ago I stopped receiving alerts on both accounts. I logged into my account on eyezon, and it shows that the alerts are not reaching the eyezon servers. I don't see any mention in the forums, so I am wondering what could have happened, though I do see a firmware update was release a couple of days ago, the announcement post occurring about an hour before my device sent its last alert. My device's firmware is showing 01.11.128A. The two green lights are on, the oper light is slow steady red blinking(normal) and the red ACT light is blinking sporadically. I can log into the device, and it says the Envisalerts Server is ONLINE. I tried arming my device from the EYEZON website but nothing happened. I can arm/disarm locally.
What needs to happen for the alerts to be sent again? Thanks!
