Support request - no answer ?

Hello

I've opened a support request through the Eyez-on portal one week ago.
I've received a Support Ticket Confirmation by email, but I've received no answer.

Is there maybe another way to contact support ?
did you encounter the same issue with Eyez-on support actually ?

We answer all support tickets. If your issue has no information in it or doesn't relate to support sometimes they are closed immediately. What is your ticket number and I'll follow up for you.

It has been about 5 days since tech support ticket got created and so far have not received any response. I will appreciate if anyone can provide some guidance.

That ticket number shows as "abondoned", which is strange as you shouldn't have got an email if the request was cancelled. I am sorry but could you resubmit?
