IP170D and a GSM module
Can the IP170D be installed alongside the GSM module, or can the DSC 1832 only handle one module?

Yup. The two can co-exist without problem.

TimCDN,
Did you end up installing a GSM module for your DSC 1832? If so, what did you go with and why? How is it working out? Do you send alarms out through both connections or use one for a central monitoring service and the other for your own access/monitoring?

I use the telguard tg-1 on my 1832 system. it works great. The alarms transmit over the TG1 to the CO (alarm relay / watchlight for me) and i get alerts from the 2DS via email from Eyez-on.VetteMan07 wrote:TimCDN,
