Hi,
I have a DSC PC1832 + rfk5500 keypad, with an Evisalink3. Everything seems to work fine except for remote disarming (via the web portal or mobile site).

Regardless of how I armed the system (via the keypad or envisalink), when I remotely disarm the system it disarms for 1 sec then automatically goes into the re-arming exit delay (and re-arms after the delay expires).

I also notice that in the webapp, when I disarm there are two "Disarm - Partition 1" notifications on the screen. Not sure if related.

The system event log doesn't seem to show anything specifically interesting.

Any ideas or if there are any settings I can investigate?

I suspect you are dis-arming twice in a row which in the DSC world is as good as arming. If you enter your code twice at your keypad, the first will disarm the system and the secone will immediately arm it.

I think you may be right since I do see the two queued disarm notifications in the Web ui. I know that I'm only hitting disarm once though, so no idea why two events getting posted. Any idea how to fix this?
