Zone open

I have a DSC 1632 alarm system with an envisalink module installed. When accessing the module through eyezon, it shows that zone 2 is open. The alarm works fine and the zones are all closed. What can cause this problem?

I am having the same issue. Any suggestions?

In all cases it was either that the zone was no programmed properly in the panel, or a misunderstanding of zone colouring.
