Time did not change!

Hi,

I live in Montreal and we changed the time this morning from -4 (eastern daylight saiving time) to -5 (eastern standard time). This morning the time was still at -4 on my keypad, i went to eyezon website to manualy change it from -4 to -5 in my setting. Also verify my panel is set to receive auto-time update. This was done an hour ago and time is still wrong on my keypad.

Tought it was supposed to update time every 20 minutes? Do i need to do something special?

The time update script ran as a low-priority process and took 3 hours to complete due to server load. It looks like it finished around 12:00 UTC.

As always, we know that only North America switches back to Standard Time on this date and we are working to better handle the switch for customers on other continents.

Time updates happen daily BTW, not every 20 minutes. In the case of mass changes of Timezone, we can also force and update for DSC users.

Thank you for the information. Update finaly worked by itslef a few minutes ago.
