Disconnect call from PC585

Hi,
I bought a IP100D 2 months ago and connected to my PowerSeries 4 Zone control panel PC585.
Its been working fine this last 2 months, I receive emails within 10 seconds after I arm/disarm the alarm.

My alarm actually is also using my phone line to call the company that installed the alarm system for me and monitors it (I pay a monthly fee). I would like my alarm system to stop using my phone line and only send me emails when I arm/disarm the system. I could disconnect the phone line but it will give an error in the panel and I dont want that.

How can I do this?

You need to have access to installer's programming to change that. If you do then it is very easy. If not you'll have to contact the company that put in the panel and/or is doing the monitoring.

Hi,
I have the master code and a KeyPad to program the alarm. Is there a sequence of codes that I can input in order to do that?

It's good you have the master code, but you will also need the installer code to access programming.

You will need to disable telephone line monitor and disable the communicator.
