Disconnect call from PC585

Hi,
I bought a IP100D 2 months ago and connected to my PowerSeries 4 Zone control panel PC585.
Its been working fine this last 2 months, I receive emails within 10 seconds after I arm/disarm the alarm.
My alarm actually is also using my phone line to call the company that installed the alarm system for me and monitors it (I pay a monthly fee). I would like my alarm system to stop using my phone line and only send me emails when I arm/disarm the system. I could disconnect the phone line but it will give an error in the panel and I dont want that.
How can I do this?
