Is it possible to password protect the mobile browser site? As it works right now anyone with a link has direct access to control the security system.

just hit create a new link in the mobile portal section, if the key at the end of the url doesn't match the currently set one it will ask for a password.

I did notice that but it certainly would be nice to add another layer of protection. Mr badguy could easily scan and hack the URL.

Don't use it then.

Just go to ...

and log in normally.

+1 . would really like to see a layer of authentication on the mobile browser page. Its a great feature and works really well on the mobile devices, but it gives anyone with access to the link access to your cameras and your system.

i think you could avoid these questions if you created that as the default mobile link, and then said "unsecured" or "password disabled" link people would understand better.

Maybe actually provide both when they create a mobile link?

Anyone else get "invalid credentials" when trying to log on to the mobile site?

I am using the right user/pass combo, can log onto the regular site no problem.

Thanks for the link, this is much better than the bypass link! :D
